What is the warranty on your cabinetry?
Normac Kitchens provides a limited lifetime warranty on its cabinetry. How do I identify my cabinet style, hardware name, or accessory?

Are the shelves adjustable?
Many shelves are adjustable and use standard shelf pins. Avoid overloading shelves to prevent damage.
Is it normal for cabinets to show slight colour variations?
Yes. Natural lighting, material differences, and aging can create subtle variations. This is normal and expected.
Can I repaint or refinish my cabinets?
Laminate and thermofoil doors are not designed for repainting. Wood doors can be refinished, but this will void the finish warranty.
What is the weight limit for shelves and drawers?
Standard shelves support typical dishware and pantry items. Pot-and-pan drawers are designed for heavier loads. Contact support for specific weight guidelines.
